Probably doesn't change your argument, but it's more about the wage a lot of the time than the transfer fee I reckon

Not overly fussed about losing fellaini. We showed last season we can play without him and for 24M we could get another 2-3 players in the squad. Really want to hold on to Baines though, has stated he wants to stay but the chance to play CL and further himself from Ashley Cole in the England side might be too much to turn down. BK has said he is not for sale but with 2 years left on his contract he might cash in on him now. IMO i think Baines is already miles ahead of Cole and with another good season under his belt could be regared as the best LB in the world.
