Just awoke to the news of a 5-3 win and a 4 point lead at the top to end 2013. The big now test is to not slump like we normally do in the 2nd half of the season.

Nugent another penalty but this time he missed.

C'mon the foxes!

Foxes maintain their 4 point lead at the top as both they and the Clarets won. Clarets move to 2nd after Derby lost at home to improving Wigan
Clarets now 11 points clear of 7th placed side which is a lot when you are at the top.

Dyche wants money in Jan to strengthen squad but had been told there is none

4 point lead and winning ugly (with luck) is the key to staying up the top in the championship. Still dreading the usual slump by the foxes however a few away losses in the early part of the season to lower teams may be it hopefully for this season?

Big win this morning for the rampant foxes! Best of the season and maintains our dominance over Derby at home.

Good odds too! I was a bit nervy when Derby pulled a goal back but Leicester killed the game pretty quickly after that.

Leicester and Burnley could both go up with Cardiff going down the way things are going.

Burnley can't compete with the squads or money that Leicester and QPR have

That will be our downfall. Still 12 points clear of 7th would mean a catastrophe for us to miss out on a play off place

Another good win for the Foxes and an 8 point gap albeit with the others a game in hand. Another penalty as well but another miss by Nugent.

A win tomorrow night at Birmingham and it will be the longest winning game streak in the clubs history!

Dare I utter the words...........?

Soon hopefully!

Bad night tonight with only a goaless draw

Again made enough chances and Brighton played their usual spoiling thuggery crap, but you have to break teams like that down and we didn't do it.
Made worse that QPR, Derby, Reading all won.

At least Austin scored again for Rangers so that's another 50 grand in the claret bank.

Given up that the Foxes are too far in front to catch now? ;-)

You would be hoping they buck the trend next year.
Once again the Champions are embarassing themselves in the EPL whilst the playoff winner sits mid table. Its amazing how often the Champion has gone straight back down whilst the playoff winner stays up comfortably
