Spurs 0-0 United
United played last 15 a man down and spurs still couldnt win at home.
Dull 2nd half
United couldve nicked it right at end but ill take a point.
Probably knocks spurs out of running for title but puts united back on top with 2 games to play on man shitty.
Still see chelsea as our biggest threat, they look to be finding a bit of form and they have the best squad in epl.

Not a bad result for Utd - especially when they went 1 man down. Will be happy to continue drawing against the better sides away from home providing we are collecting all 3 points every time at OT.

A pity they never honour defenders with those player of the year awards - Vidic has been as influential as any player in the prem this season IMO.

Agreed defenders never get a mention. Vidic and rio's partnership has been the main reason for our sucess this season i believe

considering the result i think yes it was a good result for both teams but of any team wanted the win it would have been man utd.

spurs still have a chance to make the top 4 but with man utd only drawing it was more disapointing for them then spurs

It was not more disappointing for us. Spurs away is tough so I'm glad to take a point and we are still top with games in hand. Plus we were down to 10 men.

so your telling me it was better to take the point and go equal top (wether or not you have games in hand over city) then to win the game and go CLEAR at the top with games in hand??

You have one game in hand over Arsenal, 2 games over city.

But your the expert on Man Utd so i will agree with you

if i was a Man U fan id be quite content on getting a draw away at Spurs - against a team who hasnt lost at home this season and then to also hold when down to 10 men. Whats wrong with taking the positives out of that??

Honestly Man U are home n hosed for the title, they are just toying with the other teams to keep it interesting

Im not saying i would be unhappy with a draw at spurs at all. My point is if ANY team was more disappointed then Man Utd would be.

hahahahah ok then. someone is counting the chickens.

toying with the other teams!!!. For god sake...get real. You/they havent lost yes but to say they are toying with the other teams....be real about this .

yes lets be real

Man Utd playing away against a team who is in the top half of the table who are undefeated at home and then playing with 10 men

I think Spurs are the team that should be feeling quite low about the result

im no Man U fan and trust me I hope they get beaten next round - (that wont happen)

Who will really challenge Man U

Man City - dont think so, they got too many internal political crap going on and have played 2 more games
Arsenal - not quite upto them this season and the game in hand makes it so much harder
Chelsea - gone through a horror patch and dropped crucial points recently

sure lets be real

Man utd - havent lost YET. Still have Arsenal, liverpool(derby game) and chelsea to play away. Also have city(derby game) and chelsea to play at home. None of these are 'tick' games

Man City - Wont go so bad considering where they are. But who knows.

Arsenal - Still in with a chance and have the easier draw then the teams above them for the run in only have spurs away out of the top 5 clubs all the rest at home

Chelsea - Who is saying they wont come back?? Have man utd at home and away and city at home. Still have spurs at home. Can still cause issues

Maybe you are right M79, man utd will win the league this year. But its still to early and man utd have had the easier draw then all the big four clubs. God i cant wait until they play us at the emirates. We will see how good they really are.

Just remember guys, Manchester United hasn't had a bad patch of form yet. I expect at some stage they'll drop some points and the others will catch up a little. But IMO it's their title to lose.

Man United are home and hosed, as I said last week .. Don't get me wrong, I'd luv to see them cough it up, but at the same time the table doesn't lie and the best team will win, and I think that is (or will be) Man U comfortably.

The points made above are valid, they could hit a brick wall with form, but I just can't see it happening, lead by their manager they are too professional, focused and hungry.

Man Utd have struggled at times this season, dropping points that they shouldn't have it's just that they have completely capitulated like some teams. It is still far too early to hand us the title yet but I am glad to be in the position that we are. I will probably laugh if we do beat Arsenal at the Emirates but it will be a draw, most of our away games seem to be draws.

Way to early.
Rio copped an injury last nite and vidic looked proppy. If we lose both of these guys for any length of time we will drop points.
Our away form has been poor but still undefeated.
Still think chelsea big threat, their squad is best in epl by a mile and i can see them going on a 9 or 10 match winning run.
Arsenal will be right there at end but man shitty are so used to losing, they dont know how to win, they will be distant 4th

MT, I think I read the above correct, unfortunately the YIDS have lost to Wigan and Wolves at home this season, but I will ring the FA and get us credit for 6 more points, that will put us back into contention.

CP, I actually think that their form early in the year was very patchy, they (as they usually do) just scored late goals to win or draw. Rooney can only get better, as long as their centrebacks stay sound I think they will win.
