He is in astounding form, he is brilliant too watch, almost a class above the rest in the EPL. Is he in the Ranaldo, Messi class yet. I mean Ronaldos strikes are huge but Messi is just pure class in all aspects, but VP has a bit of both IMO

There would be a few that wouldnt put him in with them 2 for what ever reason. But he's got a case for being the best striker in the world atm. Especially given the lesser players he has around him compared to messi and Ronaldo. I'm glad I saw him play live a magnificent player and that left foot is like a rocket!

Haha your a spurs fan nothing but a biased call from you. Its a shame that your greatest feat as a spurs fan is beating Arsenal for a third time in 12 years in the EPL how sad  While I'm at it you STILL have the champions league photo shows how much success spurs have a had as a whole. Enjoy failing in the Europa League  =)) =))

to me its jealousy there MH. Arsenal have had a poor start this season and Tottenham are actually for once in there life time ahead of Arsenal in the league for a change. Thats all it is, wouldnt you gloat too if you were actually playing in the league for games that actually mean something for once in 150 years? I would. Anyone would.

Funny how life goes, you give someone or something and inch....and they take a mile

RVP is a great player but still not in the same league as Messi or Ronaldo. Messi will be mentioned in the same breath as Pele in years to come.
What i will say is that Van Persie is more important for his team than the other two. Real and Barca would still win without Ronaldo and Messi but Arsenal would struggle to beat a Championship side without Van Persie. Arsenal should be doing everything they can to keep him otherwise they will be finding themselves at the wrong end of the table for years.

Maybe, maybe not. But take him out of your side this year and you would be close to bottom.
You havnt covered your off season player losses and with Wenger in charge there is no guarantee he would bring in anyone to cover the loss of Van Persie.

You can't replace fabregas. Unless you buy Xavi or iniesta. He would have no choice if van went but to buy

Congrats to Alex Fergie on 25 years at Man Utd.

you certainly changed a struggling football club into a world wide known club. He took over when Man Utd were in the relegation zone and has won so much since then. Well done

that was gimmie for spurs.

Clear handball from walker in the later stages for spurs in the penalty box, he has holding the ball....

and if you say it wasnt DA then you are truly a one eyed spurs fan. Even i would have said if it was arsenal that it was a clear handball....you got away with that one
