17 years and 45 minutes of pain, all turned around in 45 minutes of glorious YID magic. Apparently the latest news from the Emirates if that they have given up the search for a new keeper, Fabregas auditioned in the latest round of matches of EPL and was found to have stopped more shots with his hand/arm than Almunia has (when playing) all season.

WTF is Almunia thinking about with that kit he wears. The ref should make him go back and change it for something less distracting.

Speaking of keepers Gomez really is a liability if Spurs are to be serious contenders for a CL place again next year they do have to dot him out.

He reminds me a bit of David James or Grobbelaar. Brilliant one minute, stupid the next

You are right, the Arsenal game last year was perfect example, 3 or 4 world class stops in the last 10 minutes of the game, but makes some pretty poor decisions. England have the same issue, they have tried just about all of them. Maybe we should get Given, seeing his now second choice with City.

Foster was outstanding for Birmingham
Casper Schmiekle (SP) was a decent prospect when he was at City. now with Leeds so Spurs could comfortably steal him away

JTC, saw the reply, Fabianski was goalie for the goons, but you would have thought someone would have told him WTF are you doing wearing bright pink.

Once again MH you take a statement and turn it into a major incident, I watched the reply and never at any stage did they mention this fact, so how are we supposed to know and please if you can point out where either JTC or myself said it was funny. We merely commented that it was a very strange outfit to be wearing. You are obviously still hurting, send Arse a text on 23 23 23 23, he might sympathise with you.

Believe me a soccer match has never made me hurt before. A once in a life comeback from spurs will never ruin or upset my day. Only one sporting event has made me upset and that was collingwoods come from behind victory against the crows in the semi in 2009.

I can handle all this stuff from u and fish. But I hope ur going to stick around when things are bAd for spurs coz in 3 years I never knew there were any spurs fans beside DA on this site. So keep trying u won't upset me :)

MH, I found out that it was a colour in support of breast cancer last night. I watched the Cats v Everton game and Everton wore the same colour strip for an away game earlier this year.

So I take back my comment unreservedly. I guess with some of the strips goalies wear these days it was an easy mistake to make.

Good on him though

MH, once I upgraded from my Commodore 64, I found an exciting new world of computers and whilst I admit still very much with L plates on, instead of watching crap on TV, we can talk rubbish (or sometimes even sense) with other lovers of sport. Been there for the YIDS, probably before you were born, taken some great pain in that time, even in the second division, but I am genuinely excited about what Levy and co are doing at the moment. Our next step very dependent on the re developed Lane or if the borough continue with their objections, perhaps the new Olympic Stadium, but that is all in the future. They are trying very hard to compete with the big boys, only time will tell if this vision eventuates.

Surprised you weren't with the boys at Rodney's house, I'm tipping he was probably talking a foreign language at that time of the morning. Might be another 17 years when he has the opportunity to do it again, I am sure revenge will be sweet, just don't wake the household, the boss might get cranky.

Great display by the boys in front of the singing faithful at the Lane. Gallas and Kaboul outstanding and more game time for Defoe before the scoosers (spelling) arrive on the weekend, another big test backing up from a good Champions League game.

Another great night for the Spurs faithful at the Lane. Backing up from a good week in the Champions League and EPL. Just maybe they are now getting used to play with the intensity in both competitions. Now wonder what Arry will do with the team V FC Twenty, would be nice to finish top of our group in Champions League, might just avoid a Barcelona or Real Madrid and perhaps give us a better opportunity to progress to quarters, unfortunately they still have something to play for in Europa League qualification.

Haven't watched the game yet, some of us have to work, but junior YID quoted "we were lucky", look forward to another great replay.
