They have quality across the park, and I guess that's what happens with a star studded lineup .. You have 11 players capable of brilliant individual efforts on a more regular basis.

From the little I've seen thus far this season, I reckon Man U, Tottenham and Arsenal can all take it up to them in any given game, and even Chelsea if they ever get their act together.

The key against City IMHO, is to not let them get away from you in the first 30-45 minutes .. I reckon they struggle a bit if their opposition can absorb the early onslaught.

Mentioned that before, if you can get to halftime level you are in with a real shot.
They try to batter you in the first 15 but then tend to run out of ideas.
Dont rate Mancini much either, they should be 20 points clear with the squad they have. Plenty of guys not getting a game who would walk into any club including United

Agree with all of that Jim .. I guess I might finally have to give Mourinho some props - He was in the same boat as Mancini, with the be$t paper team money could buy, but actually got them to dominate the premiership (at least for a while).

With the squad they have City should be comfortably clear of their rivals.

Speaking of Mourinho he has angered Real Madrid by stating he wants to come back to the EPL in 3 years time.
If City dont win the league this season maybe the Arabs will seek to bring him back next year.

helps us out. I know if Man utd lose as it looks they will if you finish above Man utd in the premier league era, your doing good. So if city run away with it so be it, but when any team finishes above Man Utd you have had a fantastic season

Just came to post the same thing, can not wait to see a replay of that.

United in big trouble now.

I don't have Fox at the new place so haven't seen the game but I see Valencia is starting in defence, what a shambles.

Fergie has lost the plot.
He refuses to buy players even though the squad is rubbish, his team selection is ordinary at the moment.
Dont deserve to win the league losing to sides like Rovers and Newcastle.
This is one of the worst efforts ive seen in ages, at least we had a go when City mauled us

Just read on skysports that Howard kicked the ball from his own penalty box and it bounced in at other end.
