Maybe united aren't as good as you think. Lost to Chelsea, lost to Liverpool, scaled home against City. Still have Arsenal and Chelea again to play.

Your question could read how come Arsenal can beat Barca but lose to Birmingham (no offence MT) or United beat Arsenal but lose to Wolves.

Every time we play you im nervous and grateful if can get out with a win, if you guys could just replicate that passion in other games. how can you get beaten twice by blackpool and get touched up by west ham yet come out and annihilate us tonight. We were lucky not to concede 5 tonight, you murdered us. If you took that the wrong way sorry

But i think the main problem hasalways been when Man Utd slip up over the years gone the other teams dont take advantage of that and also slip up.

He had a nightmare game, he just lost the plot tonight

Of course we aren't that great, our defence is a shambles without at least one of Vidic or Rio. Smalling is very good but needs a senior head next to him. Our midfield is garbage, especially away from home. Carrick is average, Giggs and Scholes getting on... the teams at the top of the EPL this year are the worst in a long time. It shows how bad they are when Man Utd are still top, if Arsenal actually had any balls they would be sitting top but they are still gutless. That is why they lose to relegation battlers in Cup Finals.

Struggling to see the relevance of this photo. Yeah we lost to a side in a lower division in the League Cup but....... that wasn't a Cup Final..........

There is no way United would lose to Southend at Wembley.

I can accept tha fact when Arsenal are well beaten like last sunday but when someone brings something up against your mob then its a dictionary of excuses.

Isn't it past all of your bedtimes

Just to put it into perspective, I'm off to a testimonial dinner tonight to raise money for ex Claret and PNE defender who is seriously I'll in hospital after suffering a massive stroke. By all accounts he is alive but not much more than a vegetable. Paralised, unable to speak or even eat. He is only in his 30s and has a wife and 3 young children.

What excuses have I made? I haven't said anything about United being unlucky today. It was Liverpool's biggest day of the season, they wanted it far more than we did which sickens me. You keep talking about the excuses I make yet you never seem to produce any evidence.

I think even Arsenal fans would agree that both arsenal and uniteds squads are the worst in some time. Its a credit to be where we both are. One of us will win by default this season. The EPL is very consistant this year and anyone can beat anyone on their day, its just that arsenal and united have strung a heap together. I have no illusions of how good we are and we lacked key defenders tonight.I cant see us going to much further in Europe with this squad so id be happy with the league and cup double

Cheers mate. The lower league wages pale inti insignificance compared to EPL salaries so he needs all the help he can get. And it will be nice to go and show respect for the guy. Gary Parkinson btw.

Look Marty. We will never agree on anything. You see things the way you see them and so do i. I think we need to BOTH grow up and accept the fact that both our sides get soft decisions, and get the better stick from the refs. And both sides can be beaten on their day. Like Arsenal last sunday, beaten by the better side. Like Your team today, beaten by the better side.

I hate Man Utd, You hate Arsenal and that will never change.

Its a tough race this year and will go down to the wire.
Thats all i have to say on the topic.
