The Rams have defeated Man U 1-0.

We all knew this was going to happen.

Well the match against Chelsea on Sunday has more importance than the Carling cup and you can see by the side Sir Alex put on the park. Man U can certainly win the Carling Cup if they wanted to, let's just wait and see what happens in the return leg.

1-0 isn't much to take to Old Trafford EOTT! Fairly tricky away leg coming up. All credit where it's due though. The "Mighty Rams" deserve their moment. After the horrors that was the prem for them last term, this would put a smile on quite a few faces I'm sure. Love your passion Jabber!!! It's what makes this such a great game. Along with goals like Commons'! =D>

Still need to get a result at Old Trafford but well done to Derby.

United were pretty ordinary apparently but we have much bigger fish to fry this week against Chelsea.

It wouldn't bother me if Derby got a draw or something at OT and then won the Cup... that's what the league cup should be for. The smaller clubs can win this one.

The ball doesn't spin at all - you can almost read the maker's name. :D

In the words of Kevin Keegan - I will love it if he hits one like that against Forest in the Cup, love it.
