Very hard to say mate ... I could really only list contenders ... I'd probably opt for Schmeical as the Keeper, although Cech at his best was bloody good.

I'd have Henry and Shearer as the two strikers (some top shelf missing out there, like Bergkamp, Van Nistelroy, Owen), and I think you have to find room for Gerrard, Cantona, Ronaldo and Campbell in the team.

Problem is it's hard to remember a lot of the greats from 15 or so years ago

Haha, nah, when it comes to Scumball, the bitterness will always be there.
It will be hard to look favourably on anything Berbasulk does from now on too after the way he treated our club.
