My picks
CCC
All the big guns have lost key players, Newcastle, West Brom and Boro, but big outs are not restricted to last years EPL dropouts. Reading have lost Hahnemann, doyle and Lita, whilst sheffield have lost Naughton and Walker. Best buyers in the market so far this year in my opinion are Swansea and Plymouth. So have the big guns lost too many or have they replaced what they've lost.
If I was tipping a top six, it would be Reading, West Brom, Ipswich, Preston, Swansea and Plymouth. Expect Toon and Boro to be big disappointments, Sheffield U to miss out altogether this year along with Derby, QPR and Bristol C. New boys Peterborough to struggle along with Nottm forest who have brought in a few to many, along with Doncaster and Watford. For the drop tis year, chose any 3 from 5, ****, Barnsley, Nottm Forest, Peterborough and Watford.
Lg1
Norwich must be a shoe in for the title along with Millwall and MK Dons for promotion. Soton have lost too many key players and are still in disarray to pose a threat this year, but expect Charlton, Oldham and Stockport to be in the play oof's or thereabouts.
Lg2
Really is a lottery, but I would go for Notts Co to be there or thereabouts, with Macclesfield and Northampton making the top 3. If you fancy an outsider, then Morcambe could suprise a few this year

Derby may surprise. Have made a couple of minor signings, and Clough the Magic Dragon will hopefully weave his magic, but alas I feel we're another season or two before we begin the push.
As for the other couldn't give a rats arse.
Would love to see MK Dons come up ! The progression through the minor leagues has been fantastic.....
As for League 2. Go the Brewers. Burton Albion !! Hopefully they have a good season and avoid the drop back down....

Im interested how you think Leeds will perform this season JTC? The Loss of Fabian Delph will be a bit of a blow, but i think Kisnorbo will turn out to be a good signing. If Beckford does stay, which i think he will, he will again be a goalscorer, which will help us in our push for promotion.

Currently 5 - 0 down at home to Colchester

Forest are starting to gather some form.
Had quite a few injured players out at the start of the season and are starting to get players returning now.
3 more important players (Blackstock, Bennett & Perch) to come in and then they will be making a charge to the EPL.
Couple of tough games in the next few weeks hopefully they get through unscathed.
3 points against Cardiff would be fantastic but would be happy with a point.
