Samir Nasri holding out on signing Arsenal contract as he wants to be paid similar money to Fabregas, Wenger has said he will put the player up for auction if negotiations continue to falter. Nasri said he was keen to see if United's interest was real..... potentially another Judas act from an Arsenal player

Wesley Sneijder has gone to the US to decide who out of the Manchester clubs he wants to play for next season, he wants 200,000+ a week. Has a long term contract with Inter so if he is going, someone will have to fork out some serious cash.

Whats the go with Rodwell..? He played a blinder against Utd 2-3 years ago when he first came on the scene. Has continually been talked up as a gun but in the odd games i have seen since then he hasnt done anything out of the ordinary.

Continaully linked to Utd (and others)for over 20 million pound. I understand he is young but for someone who is still not in Everton best XI surely they would be crazy not to sell him for that price..??

Injuries are the go mainly... Poor lad has stacks of potential and is going through that transition phase where he has been a CB is whole junior career and Moyes is experimenting him in the midfield and defensive midfield roles, was touted the next Lampard/Gerrard but can't see it in him yet, see glimpses but not consistent performances like a young up and coming superstar should be...

I reckon he goes allright, everytime ive seen him play he has been one of sunderlands best. He has already been capped by England so obviously they rate him highly. Good pickup for you guys and i bet your happy to be rid of eggnog

Liverpool were going to spend 20 mill on Henderson which is a bit much, but he is English of course. The eggnog deal makes it only 13 mill so Liverpool didn't do too badly in the end. People are calling him the next Gerrard - bit early for that I think.
