To an established top 10 side! I think relegated sides still have quality players they just lack the depth. Something Everton has built on over the past few years so i think adding a couple of players that would fight for positions can't do too much harm

remembering that moyes moved in when everton weren't that great and struggling for survival. So I rate Martinez highly, but only time will tell
