My Crewe boys are struggling badly in League 1 this year... Any other league 1 posters?

Preston lose out against Rotherham in the playoff's

Rotherham v LEYTON on the PO final

It's been a few years since Orient were in the 2nd tier.
As for PNE it would seem the only way they will return to to Championship is to do it via the automatic spots. They have now lost 9 play off's in a row

Cant recall Orient being in the second tier in my memory, must of been late 70's since they were that high

Fleetwood Town off to Wembley after beating York 1-0 on agg. Think it is only their second or third year in the league and were playing in the 11th tier of English football only a decade ago

Another perfect example of what money does. Doing a Wigan, only smaller.
Managed by ex claret Graham Alexander. Great player for Preston and Burnley complete go more than 840 league games and the most impressive penalty taking record in English football.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him pop up as Preston or Burnley manger in the future

Cracker of a game last night.
Rotherham came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 and then win on pens against Orient.
Game was of a decent pace and standard I thought.
Orient scored twice in 5 minutes in the first half, the first goal was a belter and then Revell scored twice for Rotherham in the second half, his second goal was one of the best goals ive seen at Wembley, top shelf stuff.
Both sides had a decent crack for remainder of game but it went to pens. Orient led 3-2 in the shootout but had their last 2 spot kicks saved to send Rotherham back to the Championship

Not that amazing when you see how much cash they've thrown at it. Just another Wigan
Still good luck to them. Another North West club on the rise and and a good manager

Yeah good luck to them, got to love a club where two of their most famous players were Aussie World Cup players
