Liverpool always get up for games against us, they have never had a problem in big games.
Its the games agsinst the battlers that costs them.
They will probably beat us this season but lose to Cardiff or Palace ;)

No contest.

Manchester United v Liverpool is still the biggest fixture in English football. This one even more so given both team's start to the season.

Honourable loss for the Reds coming up (and will still lose to Hull and Cardiff lol .. but not really lol  )

Whilst the tackles might be a bit stiff early, no Carragher will chill things out a bit from our end, and no Suarez to add to the animosity.

Probably need neutral supporters to answer the question.

yeah probably... i'm not a drinker so i'll leave that up to you.

from what i saw in the palace game i think Hughes has taken a lot of the long ball out of defence... we seem to get to half way THEN play a long 'cross' to Crouch who nods it down to walters who misses...

i think we are playing a bit prettier (if i can use that term) football so far

Same with West Ham, they are definatly trying to get most ball out wide and in behind the defence with the likes of Cole, Jarvis, Downing, Morrison out there, the two centre backs seem to be the only ones that occasionally have a license to hoof the ball

In saying that every single free kick we get is going to the top of the box no matter where it is on the park..........but I like that

Well it's half time in this cracker and still 0-0

Stoke have definitely had the upper hand but lack that final touch. Jussi has been pretty good in goals for your mob and the save to deny Wilsons volley and follow up save on Walters was good keeping

Maiga should have scored with that free header but he looks almost disinterested...

Jones is our key, playing well and strong on the ball, just gotta use him better.

Jarvis has some wheels and the move to the right looks to be a good one, a good battle between him and pieters developing

I reckon this will heat up and stoke will take a chance or two...

A good finish by Pennant means we take the points!

A lacklustre second half though, got a bit boring there... We started to fall back into ye olde Stoke play with Huth and Shawcross just thumping it forward...

Deserved result in the end... Happy with that...

What makes you think spurs v arsenal is relevant to 99.9% of the footballing world

I couldn't give a rats arse about the game. More relevant....sheesh

I didn't say footballing world, I said whats more relevant meaning in England seen as everyone believes that again arsenal and the spuds will be fighting for the fourth spot.

so yes, it is relevant to the English game

No it isn't
It might be relevant to arsenal and spurs but not to 99.99% of English football fans

Trouble with you EPL fans is that you think the world evolves around your league.

Today for me the most relevant game is the Clarets v bastards
