Come on Bully, you know that you don't need either of those things to post on safooty!
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

no mate its being too ill to sit in a chair upright for more than 5 minutes :D

What a game it was ! Gooner chapters around the country had 200 + at each event. Brisbane meet was awesome apart from a few idiots deciding to stand in front of the big screens near the end and sing.

Hope this is a stepping stone for us to improve

FA CUP 2013/2014

Postby Jim05 » Sun May 18, 2014 3:56 pm

Very good game to watch for the neutral and definately better than the borefests served up in recent years.
Just a pity about the result not just because of the Arse winning but would of loved to see Big Brucey get reward for his work.
Hope that is a big kick in the guts for United aswell, been 10 long years since our last win and we have often treated it as a secondary comp and sent out reserves sides. Now its come to the point where our proud Cup history is shared by Arsenal, we need to pay more respect to a great comp or Arsenal and others will go past us

What a night at thw Arkabar. 200+ Gooners chanting and signing the whole 120 minutes. That extra time period almost gave me a heart attack. Just wish the great Martin Tyler put a bit more in when Ramsey scored. Gusty move by Wenger to take off Ozil and Carzola but it proved a master stroke the same as the Poldolski Sanogo move. COYG!

Didn't hear that. I was apart of the event organisation. If the arkabar were under staffed that's their fault. I believe we gave them plenty nof time and keeo in regular contact. The head if arsenal adelaide said the arkabar were full of praise for how the night unfolded. No trouble or damage. They had bigger issues when Liverpool were there for the last game of the round

Might have been another city then as someone is on the arsenal Australia Facebook page complaining about it saying that they were under staffed and the management was not happy

Congratulations on your win lads, no doubt that will offer a bit of relief going forward.

I'd read there was some trouble at the Ark from a few Liverpool lads that weren't well known to the group, who were pretty anxious to identify them and remove them.

When we were cleaning up once everyone cleared out one of the barmen was saying that he was supporting Chelsea and a few of the Liverpool supporters found out so when he went around collecting empties they wouldn't let him take them. Kind of funny but sad at the same time

I'd heard that some interlopers actually caused some damage somewhere along the line, and the group was well pissed with them
