I read quite a few experts, pundits, fans in the UK suggesting that if the FA is serious about keeping the FA Cup comp relevant then big changes are needed and I agree. With the riches of the PL and the Euro Comps clearly now at least in Rounds 3 to the QF stage the focus for PL and top Championship clubs is the league.

I loved the FA Cup as a youngster but it definately doesn't have the same appeal it once had.

Agreed.
For me if scrap the replays and if they are keen on getting some prestige back perhaps offer a CL spot for the winner like some other leagues do.
The FA Cup final used to be the biggest day of the season now it means more to finish fourth in the league than to win the Cup

Can't wait for Payet and Lanzini to head to old trafford and tear the red mancs a new one in the quarters.

Dimi Payet with one of the best free kicks you'll see. Unfortunately we couldn't hold on.

Ref had an absolute shocker for both teams.
But no way Man U's equaliser should have stood. Schweinsteiger puts Randolph into the back of the net way off the ball.

Oh well. Backing us right in to get the job done at home in the replay.

Still waiting on the results of some other cup that Man U is involved in before they release the date for the West Ham v Man U replay.
Anyone know any details about this other cup?

Yep.

Our Worst performance since the Bournemouth disaster earlier in the season.

Just didn't turn up at all. Bilic got selections horribly wrong too.

Was a strange performance, thought being your last cup game at home and in better league form than us it would of been a better effort. Really only started to batter us in the final 10 minutes or so and nearly took to it to ET but for DDG pulling off some cracking saves.
Great seeing Rashford get amongst the goals again, our only real positive from a shit season

First and last 10 we were good. Rest of the game was pathetic.

Should have made changes after the Arsenal game just to keep it fresh.

Midfield was getting walked through. Should have brought Obiang on. And poor Antonio isn't a right back. Got found out today, but can't blame him, he shouldn't be playing there.

And ******* Enner Valencia belongs in a team a few tiers below the top division.

As you said, huge chance blown.
Gutted.

De Gea is the best keeper in the world though. Anyone else between the posts and it's going to extra time. Incredible saves late.

Not that we deserved it with what we dished up.

Yeah we were outplayed on the day

De Gea was in fine form and saved the game from going to extra time

Once again for the Hammers the 50/50 deciscions didn't go our way, any other day Payet gets a penalty and Herrera is given a second yellow.

Oh well I guess we can concerntrate on at least sneaking a champions league spot or holding onto a Europa spot

United through to the final, 2-1 over Everton.
Fellaini with the opener and De Gea saved a Lukuku pen and was awesome again. Looked to be heading towards ET when Everton levelled only for Martial to win it in the dying seconds. Has been far too long since we lifted the Cup
