It was always going to be tough for them after just missing out on automatic promotion. That Boro' game would have sucked out all their gusto.
If anyone can't win a trick for the EPL, I'd say it'd be Derby County. Just look at their record over the last few years, and not just in the play off's. I think on at least one or two occasions they've been runaway leaders at the top only to fall badly at the last fence. One year I think they lost all of their last 6 or 7 games to drop from top spot to actually failing to make the play off's.
Personally, I'm not a fan of Brighton. I don't like their style of play.

i reckon they get excited about coming back up to the EPL that they start to remember their last visit back in 07/08 and start thinking "**** that" and then throw the season away
