PFA Premier League team of the Year: Edwin van der Sar, Gary Neville, Nemanja Vidic, Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra (all Man Utd); Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Cristiano Ronaldo (all Man Utd) and Steven Gerrard (Liverpool); Didier Drogba (Chelsea) and Dimitar Berbatov (Tottenham).

PFA Championship team of the Year: Matt Murray (Wolves), Graham Alexander (Preston), Gareth Bale (Southampton), Darren Moore (Derby), Curtis Davies (West Brom), Jason Koumas (West Brom), Carlos Edwards (Sunderland), Dean Whitehead (Sunderland), Diomansy Kamara (West Brom), Michael Chopra (Cardiff), Gary McSheffrey (Birmingham).

PFA League One team of the Year: Joe Murphy (****), Jon Otsemobor (Crewe), Matt Lockwood (Leyton Orient), Terry Skiverton (Yeovil), Ian Breckin (Nottingham Forest), Wesley Hoolahan (Blackpool), Richard Wellens (Oldham), Matt Jarvis (Gillingham), Chris Shuker (Tranmere), Luke Varney (Crewe), Billy Sharp (****).

PFA League Two team of the Year: Clayton Ince (Walsall), Craig Pead (Walsall), Michael Nelson (Hartlepool), Chris Westwood (Walsall), Ritchie Humphreys (Hartlepool), Lee Frecklington (Lincoln), Dean Keates (Walsall), Andrew Monkhouse (Hartlepool), Tommy Doherty (Wycombe - on loan from QPR), Izale McLeod (MK Dons), Jermaine Easter (Wycombe).

Great effort by UTD to be fair, though I think Pepe Reina could be considered unlucky. Well done Giggs, a true pro. Evra??? lack of opposition to him at Left Back. Gary Neville can F**K OFF !

Billy Sharp plays for ****. Scored a bagful this year and will we playing CCC next season as the Irons finished as Champoins.
As a side note: the 4th Claret and Blue side in the league.

Billy Sharp plays for Scun-thorpe. Bloody good language filters on here :) Well done Wedgie and mods. With all the kids that must read / post on here, good to see the filters are so effective.

Hmm .. I guess it's difficult to argue with stats and records, but I'm not convinced about Van Der Sar

I agree RE: van der sar.

Didn't James just set a record for minutes with a clean sheet?

Great effort by Berbatov. Well deserved selection. Only thing is, next year, that will lead to 9 MU selections.

I'm just happy Shrek didn't get a gig.
