Bit more info on this time thing please, it is now 9:30am, yet the post time will be a couple of hours ahead.

Thanks for the input Wedgie & Media Park. I must be doing something wrong (Fort Battle-Axe suggests breathing).
I got rid of daylight saving time, but instead of coming back an hour, it went forward an extra hour.
At least now it shows the correct time when I log on and only shows 2 hours forward after logging out.
Oh well, never mind, I fear my ham fisted tampering with any other functions has the potential to not only destroy
this forum, but probably knock out the whole internet and most electrical supplies throughout the southern hemisphere.

Just between you and I, I'm really quite proud of the fact that since the early 90's, I've managed to turn 4 over-
whelmingly threatening computers into pathetic lifeless paperweights. SABRE - 4, Technology - nil

Unless you can think of anything else to help, I'll just do what all 'baby boomers' do ......

wtf, time is now correct, some time delay/warp, all appears ok.
OK, I see what is happening, When I am logged in, the time appears correctly, when using site as a guest, my posts are out by a couple of hours. Are there any other changes media park ?

I'm not sure mate, when I log out the time is buggered, that change I pm'd you only fixes it when you're logged in...
