Some rules differ on this site, as in the rules it states no revealing of identities. I can see why they would leave, not exactly building much credability doing that

what is the lounge all about?

Omg. A hidden section I can't see. I don't think I can go on.

Agreed, who gives a rats about a hidden forum?

I'm assuming their noses were out of joint because they weren't allowed in or something?

There are 7 "hidden" forums on safooty.
One is for subscribers of the Foot-E Times to view editions of the foot-E Times.
One is for a football league where people wanted to talk amongst themselves with identities not hidden.
One is for like minded punters that dont want info they discussing to be in the public eye.
One to discuss a private business venture between Diss and 2 forum members he built a website from.
One for mods to discuss issues on the site.
One to move threads that would be deleted to so other mods can view them to discuss appropriate actions.
One for the 3 administrators to discuss the site at a business level as well as talk about any problems with mods.
We've also created several sites/forums away from safooty that people have requested, some private, some public.
I'd always be open for discussion with groups on the site that want a private forum to discuss matters they cant in public rather than have them start a new site if its more convenient for them to have on here but if people ever need a new site/forum for any reason then contact Diss as he does top quality work.

Mods have moved on for various reasons. I just know that the site is currently going better than it ever has at the moment and Im very happy with our current moderators set up which is easily the best IMHO since the site started many years ago. Trolling is at a minimum, bannings are at a minimum, ill feeling and abuse between posters is at a minimum and moderation is at a minimum.

I'll split this thread and move some of it such as this post to the Feedback/Announcement section to keep this one on track.
