how do you change your avatar? I tried but it says the picture is too big or too many kbs. how do you re-size it?

Centurion - Go to/try this website www.tinypic.com and when uploading the picture click on Avatar.
Alternatively if you like - post the picture here or send it to me via PM and I will adjust the sizing for you.
