I went into the User Control Panel and noticed something I haven't before.

What does it mean?

I'm guessing not everyone has this feature. Looks like a common thing on forums now. Well, certain forums. I wonder if [1] is good or bad.

I know there's an official warning system we can use with this software and don't use well or often enough, I can only assume someone used it once with you. We've talked about it a few times but only used it rarely so you might have just been one of the lucky ones.
