OK, I'm a lousy punter so I figured best I look toward my SA Footy brethren to try and help me come up with a winner ... So far I'm leaning toward Eye Popper, Vinnie Roe and Leica Falcon, with Xcellent as a bit of a smokey .. Any knowledgable punters out there willing to share their tip(s) for the big race??

Bart Cummings is a cagey old bugger so watch Strasbourg,but for me the winner is out of Mr.Celebrity,Lachlan River and the Diva.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

Bart Cummings may be a cagey old bugger but he was a lot younger when he won his last cup. His last cup win was back in 1999 when Rogan Josh saluted.

I got on Eye Popper but that is hardly a recommendation as I am the very definition of a mug punter. After my nag loses, I'll be tearing up my ticket, swearing never to bet again and then having a crack next year.
