A couple of cracking games in the NFC next week. By far the more exciting of the 2 conferences.

Not without a chance of seeing a Saints v Falcons NFCCG (imagine that too, just quietly!)

Newtons last play was getting sacked.

1st down on Saints 21 with 90 seconds and the momentum with Carolina, you'd have to put your money on Newton pulling something out of the bag. .
I guess Saints had the bigger balls.

and you'll note that the Saints only had 5 across the front for that play- and they got through easily.
Saints deserved to go deep in the play-offs though, they've been outstanding all year.
NFC South outstanding this year, minus the Bucc's.

Absolutely. Of all the teams I thought would trouble the Vikings, it was the Saints.

Still can't believe the Chiefs yesterday. For two blokes as experienced as Reid and Smith to give up that lead at home, been a lot of talk over the years as to whether either could take them to the SuperBowl, but you'd think they'd have run out of credits after yesterday.

The Chiefs body language was terrible- Marioata scrambling for a first down, a Chiefs defender virtually jumped out of his way prior to him going down/sliding...

Spot on, and it started with their QB.

Chicago announce Matt Nagy as their new head coach.
Nagy has served the last 10 years as offensive coordinator under Andy Reid at Philly & KC.

At least you can get up and watch it, I have to resist the urge to stay away from various sites and people to get home after work and watch the Vikings lose to the Saints.

My tips for this week, nothing too surprising:
Pats will be too consistent and clinical for Titans
Atlanta over Philly
Steelers over Jags
Saints over Vikings. General play will be pretty close but their offence will just make two or three big plays leading to scores at various times, and ours will get stalled. - Saints 20 (2 TD, 2 FG), Vikings 12 (4 FG's.)

Pessimistic there FH. I'll be stoked if we let you only get FGs. Reckon you'll score at least mid 20's, which means our offence needs to fire!

I like all the faves this week;

Atlanta 27-13 Philadelphia
New England 24-10 Tennessee
Pittsburgh 31-12 Jacksonville
Minnesota 35-17 New Orleans

Yeah, Reckon we have very other NFC team covered, except you blokes, as you don't rely on Brees as much as you used to. Similarly confident against any AFC team if we get there except the Steelers.

Agree Atlanta over the Eagles, Pats over the Titans but I’ll go the Jags over the Stealers and the Saints to have a record high 60-0 over minisoda. ;)

Ok, I’ll be happy with any score as long as it’s a win to NO

Falcons with the recovery.

A momentum shift at a time where Philly were well on top.

Falcons must convert here.
