Caught the end of the doubles where the Aussies squared it up and were playing well.
Unbelievable finish where both sides cracked under the pressure (Whitlock must be shattered) and finally Lewis (who looked like he was on the verge of collapse) scored the double 5 needed to win the title.
Taylor looked like he was thinking "I can't believe that fat #$%^& did it".

Loved it when Lewis went to hug Taylor and ignored him at first. Taylor was very humble whilst Lewis was carrying on like a tosser and you could see Taylor wasnt impressed with his antics

Fantastic last game between Lewis and Taylor

Lewis 5-1 up at the break, and taylor came back to draw 7-7.

With an average of 112 i might add!

Stuff crap like synchronised swimming, get darts in the Olympics! Was just leaving for work as it started this morning so missed play, was there any needle between Taylor and Lewis? Found it amusing in the World Cup Final to see the look of disdain Taylor had for Lewis. Taylor's look was what we were all thinking - Adrian Lewis you're a f***wit

And the only reason Lewis won the 7th was because Taylor missed a bull by a bee's appendage ...

agreed. Lewis fell over , was lucky to get a draw.

Shows that recent weeks about taylor losing form is not true, he is still number one in the world

Whitlock beat wade 8-4
taylor hits the 9 darter in his game and wins over painter
hamilton looks long gone already, smashed by gary anderson
Lewis drew with barney, looks like lewis has been taught well by taylor and never gives up now.

next week -
Painter vs Whitlock
Anderson vs Wade
Hamilton vs Lewis
And the massive game of Barney vs Taylor (always a BIG game between these 2)
in belfast also, and on recent games with taylor involved, it gets nasty towards him, should be interessting
