in the world of national sports baseball at $12 is fairly good, especially on double headers.

Basketball is seriously way overpriced

$12 is pretty good considering it's $33 for the 36ers

& that's why i don't go to the basketball, that price is absolutely disgraceful, did they reduce the price of admission when they shortened the length of the quarters?............................................................... anyway it's good to see the boys clean-sweep the series & we'll be there for the next round of games (except trot nights)
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

The price actually went up when they shortened the quarters. Used to be $25 when the league had 12 minute quarters, but they jacked it up to $33 when the games went to 10 minute quarters (and when the current owners took over). I used to go to 5-6 matches a year, then last year I only went to 3 because of the ticket prices, and this year I'm debating whether to go to any matches.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

All up a good night, my highlight outside of the above and two big home runs from Quincey Latimore was the adult comp to run 10 circles then be 1st to the mascot about 20m away. The fan from Melbourne started losing his pants going around and around the bat before falling flat on his face when he tried to run to the mascot ... hysterical. (Mental note ... must introduce to Eagle home games. )

Only suggestion is to have something happening between the games ... 50 mins was a fair break.

Also the Bite played very well and if this is a guide to the rest of the year there will be a lot to lok forward to.

with that, it's probably a bit hard for them to allow time for anything. i assume with a 50 minute break, that means the first game only went for 2hr 10mins? whereas on thursday night, the game went for over three hours.

That's a little harsh on Fidgey schimma, he's not 55, he's 45 ;)

Nah, he's only about 34 isn't he? Great longevity from the big man indeed...
