Only his home career.
Finished his career at Fenway and his last AB was a RBI single.
True champion.
Pity the rest of the side was a pathetic rabble this year. Unacceptable and time for Girardi to go

Royals won the AL Wildcard game 9-8
Were down 6-7 bottom of the 9th and grabbed the tying run and then were 8-7 down in the bottom of the 12th

And KC swept the Angels who had finished the regular season with the best record in the majors. ALCS Baltimore v KC.

Can't believe KC getting through a wild card in the 12th and then clean sweeping LAA who were the dominant outfit in the second half of the season. If only the A's could of held out the royals it could have been them.

Try being an A's fan....

Had the best W/L % in the MLB after the half way mark of the season, then turned to water leading into the Post Season and only just managed to scrape in to the Wild Card. Which they spudded up after holding a lead late in the match

Royals leave it late again, go 6-4 up in the 9th.

I am hoping for a wild card worl series. Would be rare you'd think.

Getting on the SF bandwagon for NLCS and Kansas City for ALCS

great to have the season underway. My boys (Oakland) are 2-2 after a 4 game series against Texas. Not sure we have the pithcing depth to cleansweep any series this year.
