Everyone did it. Everyone knew it. Where was the global outrage when Landis, Contador, etc got found out? Sure they got stripped of their titles and banned but didn't cop the fury Armstrong has. His problem was that he won more than everyone else.

Sure it wasn't the right thing to do, but it was a level playing field.
