Apparently the headsets are controlled by the NFL. The Steelers were getting Patriots local radio coverage in their ears. The leagues sorted it out.

Refs have ruled it down at the 6inch line. The ref actually said "the 6 inch yard line" and the announcers are having a bit of a laugh.
