236,000 x $35 = $8,260,000
You don't reckon this is a f***ing set up by the Govt to introduce a new levy to get a hold of $8m

So, will I have to buy 4 licences for my family?
Where can I access the survey? Its not on the PIRSA site

I don't think there is an accessible survey, per se.

From what I can glean, rec fish want to get licence fees of around $5m to fix up infrastructure because the State Govt cant afford it.
Sorry, but its just another $5m ripped out of our pockets.

Yep I filled out the survey to that affect. As a boat owner who gets out less than 6 times a year this is is just another cost we don't need on top of fuel, batteries, safety equipment and registration of the vessel and trailer!

Kingston SE Fishing Competition to be held over the weekend. $25 entry. Chance to win a boat valued at $12,000 and numerous other prizes. Its been a solid season for Mulloway in the south-east this year. Looks to be a great weekend. Check out the page on Facebook for more info.

Overall, 983 registered entrants for the Kingston Fishing Comp over the weekend. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, but it didnt stop a few ripping fish from being landed. The winners of the competition and the $12,000 tinny as 1st prize, hooked a 11.8 kg (gutted) Mulloway.

Heading out on Saturday to the Bastard Pole grounds, been getting reports from my old man that he's bagging out during the week ( not this week, dodge and all ) so hoping to get my share on Saturday.
