Is anyone actually planning to try and watch this farce...Hayes v Valuev ?

I like watching boxing occasionally and used to enjoy going to some military tournaments but this seems ridiculous...it's like matching Barry McGuigan against Mike Tyson.

I'll watch it Jas, with morbid enthusiasm for "David" in the David vs Goliath. Sort of like watching Andre the Giant taking on the midgets back in the 80's!

Heard on tv last night that Valuev is 7 stone heavier, nearly a foot taller and has a reach almost 18 inches longer...ooops sorry that's about 44.5 kilos, 30cm and 45.7cm

To give an idea of how much heavier he is...47.6 kilos is the weight limit for a 'minimumweight' boxer

David Hayes was on A Question of Sport last night and reckons he's got some tricks up his sleeve for tonight...invisibility would be a useful one imho

Well he has been having a shocking run at Flemington recently, so no wonder he's changed profession!
