Sox limp to 16-34 .

After beating the Rangers 3-1 in the 4 game series they backed up with a 2-2 split with the O's, and dropped a 3 game series 2-1 to Detroit today.

Bats have been working, just one scoreless game for the month.

Abreu batting .313 with 28 runs and 30 RBI's, but he's the only one .300+.

White Sox have put together a solid couple of weeks.

24-42 on the back of a 2-1 series win over Milwaukee, a 3-2 series win over Minnesota ( a catch up game in there ), 2-1 series win over the Red Sox, currently 2-1 up in a 4 game series over Cleveland.

8-5 for June so far with the pen doing some good work.

All-Star games currently on.

Everyone still tries to win, so it's much better than the NFL Pro Bowl.

Springer and Bregman hit back to back homers from back to back pitches to put the AL in front.

AL wins 8-6 in 10 innings.

Bryce Harper placed on the trading block by the Nationals.

Smart move by the team, when he's out of contract at the end of the season.

Would be interesting to see if someone will trade now, instead of waiting and risking someone else swooping in early.

He will be the highest paid baseball player ever wherever he signs.

Astros taking on the A's as we speak. Astros 1.5 games ahead in the AL West.

My baseball card trading buddy goes for the A's, so it's pretty intense.

Astros down 0-4 to start the bottom of the third inning.

At the end of the inning, 10 at bats, no home runs, Astros lead 5-4.

Intense...especially when you have a friend feeling it on the other end of Messenger.

White Sox have won series over Detroit (2-1), Yanks (3-1) and the Red Sox (2-1) in the last two weeks and are 1-0 over Detroit in a 3 game home series going into game 2 today, they've jumped into 3rd in AL Central 6 games behind Minnesota who have won 4 of their last 13 in a hole.

White Sox building a pen that can push for post season next year as predicted in my write up at the start of the season.

Also, Australian Liam Hendricks is the starting pitcher for the A's.
