Im sure most have seen and heard the ads for travelauctions.com.au

but there are some good deals to be had

just came back from a weeks road trip interstate using these guys...

but before you bid, ring up and get an idea on what price the room REALLY is, as the price can be inflated with the auctions, but I found still very good value

Do they still have a minimum bid on those things mate?
I bid $100 for one a few years ago, but the bird on the line told me $150 was the minimum. So I said, "Well make it $150!". I won it as well.

they say the rule of thumb is half the price and add $20.

Friends of mine won heaps of these using that theory..

Got all sorted and partly paid for MT79 O:)

Working my fingers to the bone for this "holiday, holiday, holiday" - only about 12 weeks to go.
