After a second visit last week, for me this is definitely the case, just love the place and already can't wait to get back :)

So far. Dunedin in NZ. Not sure I'd like to go there during Winter though. Napier was also pretty good but apparently it's right on a fault line.

F**king freezing there but it's a good place, the chocolate factory there is great. Napiers really nice aswell, first pebble beach I've ever seen was Napier beach. We had some beautiful weather there the second to last time my family travelled to NZ. Tauranga, north of Napier where my Aunt lives is a nice place too.

As I've said before, I'm not big on cities, but, in the UK, Edinburgh, York, and Cardiff were pleasant.
If I were to live in one of them I'd probably choose York.
Dublin wasn't bad either.
I wasn't all that fond of London.

Stab city... I think its the most overrated - crowded weekend of the whole year... less violence at a Millwall west ham match

Ottawa in Canada will always be my favourite city in the world, with honourable mentions going to Sydney, Toronto, Los Angeles and Niagara Falls.

Recently spent a month in Europe and got around a bit.
Only got a brief taste of various places, but from those initial impressions...

Preferred:

Paris
Lucerne
Amsterdam
Florence
Dublin
Edinburgh

Didn't mind:

London
Venice
Rome
Munich

Also spent time in Galway, Oslo and Copenhagen, but due to lack of time or bad weather didn't get much of a look.
