I loved KL. Was a tad limited to where I could stay due to 5 of us and interconnecting rooms / suites etc, but I stayed at the Istana which is OK, around a 15 minute walk to the Twin Towers - all undercover and aircond -. Plenty of food & shopping around their too..
The joy of being on the hill drinking beer cannot be understated

I am booked to go for a honeymoon in Kota Kinabalu, we were going to the East and turtle island but have cancelled due to travel warnings, assume Kota Kinabalu is safe as its on the west of Sabah, the travel warnings for the rest of Sabah are the same as Bali so I assume its ok?
