Deep Creek

Heading to Deep Creek for a few days camping.
Staying at Stringybark.
Anyone been there recently?
Other than drink p*ss and bush walk is there anything else to do there?

Also I know there are toilets there but are there any showers?
The missus will shoot me if there isn't!
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Shitters and showers there mate.

Close enough that I'd be taking a rod, squid jags and a couple of top feeding rigs.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

Cheers.
I couldn't handle listening to the missus for 3 months after we got back about there being no showers.

Rod and reel packed.
I haven't thrown a line for 3-4 years but have plenty of beers and good company if I don't catch anything.

Just remember to hold on to one end when you throw it in. It doesn't usually work so well if you don't do that.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Thanks mate for the heads up......... you can always rely on safooty.net for the right advice!!
If you like camping and haven't been to deep creek you should seriously consider it.

I've camped a lot through the NT, VIC, NSW and even northern SA but this spot is as good as any especially for families.
