I have a 3 bay 9x6 metre shed on one of my properties with rear access (no need to come into my yard) currently advertised for rent as a storage space.
It is located in Balaklava and I am looking for ideally minimum of 12 months contract at $45 per week.
The shed is fully concreted, has power and is securely locked up at all times.
Why pay huge prices in Adelaide when you can get a whole shed to yourself for a much smaller price.
