For Rent: Shed Storage Space

It is located in Balaklava and I am looking for ideally minimum of 12 months contract at $45 per week.
The shed is fully concreted, has power and is securely locked up at all times.
Why pay huge prices in Adelaide when you can get a whole shed to yourself for a much smaller price.
