AV Receiver

I am thinking of upgrading my AV receiver and to partially placate my Finance Minister will be looking to on sell my current amp.
Anybody interested in a Cambridge Audio Azur 540R V3?
Around 4-5 years old,perfectly good nick asking say $400ish.

Pros-- Excellent sound,build quality and it's so cheap!
Cons-- While it does HDMI video switching (2 in 1 out) it does NOT process audio over HDMI (pass through only). What this means is DVD players etc that are connected to this amp will require either an optical or coax cable to carry Surround audio. I will supply an optical cable and help with setup if required.
