Fish tank 4 ft with cabinet.

Note the tank developed a hole in the front seal one night and DOES NOT HOLD WATER

If you know how to fix the tank I have a complete set(enclosed cabinet, heater, light, black gravel, air pump, filter THE LOT)
Also because this was my pride and joy I have a complete second set of pumps, heaters, light globes, decorations by the dozens ,cleaning equipment, chemicals, water treatment chemicals....everything. I had every emergency covered exept a hole in the bloody tank seal forming
:(

$200 the lot..decorations alone cost me more than that..moving house gotta kiss it goodbye :(

Could it be that to fix it that you run a bead of silicone on the inside of the tank? - The hard job might be to get one that is suitable for potable water and will not contaminate the fish inside?

After the hassle of the day and losing the carpets plus the insurance hassles the better half has already claimed the spot in the lounge . :?

Sounds like a tropical set up. I just want to be able to keep a single goldfish alive.
Squawk Junior won a goldfish. Thereafter it has cost me $110 to but a basic aquarium set up and there's been 3 deaths in about 6 weeks.

#exasperated.

If you are using tap water make sure you condition the water before putting the fish in.

If you are using toilet water, make sure you flush it first.

If you aren't using water, reconsider that choice.

If you are using hot water, make sure to season it first.
