15km run yesterday in Belair NP...longest since the 105km race. Been having some calf issues since the race that hasn't settled but feeling back to normal again. Looking forward to ramping up the distance again :lol:

For those that think I'm crazy doing 105km... an event just finished running 200 miles from Murray bridge to Clare. Last runner came in at 99hrs 50 min when cutoff time was 100hrs. Madness.

Nuts, have heard there is a bike trail between those 2 towns now, presume it followed that, did they sleep???

No they didn't follow the bike trail only, but I think they did parts of it. Yeah they sleep along the way. Just found out the dude mentioned above was in hospital for 3 days after!

@MW did you do the 76km trail on the weekend? My neighbour across the road came 2nd.

I did the 53km distance at the same event this year and definitely didn't come 2nd! Just looked him up, cracking time and not much longer than mine :lol:

Don't worry, there are stupid people like him out there still...
100 mile races are common overseas, now 200 mile races with over 10,000m vertical gain are common place.
