Ordinary week last week, went 3 times but just flat and struggled to get sets done. Same thing this morning, got there but seriously paddled through the sets, didn't drink yesterday either! Knackered before I left the house.

9kg from Xmas gone. Slow and steady. Got a bit of a lergy so didn't get in this morning meaning my run of Mon/Wed/Fri is broken for the first time in 8 weeks.

Consistency is key they say.

Fronted up this morning despite having an all inclusive day at LIV yesterday.

Battled through a smaller than normal morning but got up and did it nonetheless.

Put nearly 1kg on last week with no gym, a lergy and LIV over the weekend.

Weight in is next Monday 1/7/2024
I'm looking at a reduction in June

Went to weight watchers last week for a gawk
Told the speaker not to introduce me
Butt she did, and called me up to intro myself to the group
" Hi I'm Mal , i need to lose weight for my health and life longevity, i knew i was in need of help when i did a pub crawl of 7 pubs last Monday."
I was interrupted by the speaker " Mal I think you might be in the wrong class this is Weight Watchers not Alcoholics Anonymous"
I replied " Yes i know, that,I had 7 counter meals in the pub crawl..."

Around 11kg down. I haven't done much by way of cardio and concentrated mainly on weight training which I find far more enjoyable.

This morning at 5:05am it was 1.1°c and I'm out the car in shorts and t-shirt heading in to do my 50 minutes. I'm winning.

Really developed a routine and I miss the days I've lost when I've been unwell. Feel like I've made small sustainable changes that I can keep going with and I've been at this since the middle of Feb so a solid 5 months of repeated exercise.

The next couple of months will be a challenge as the cold and wet sets in but I'm super keen to push through.

Some extra gym sessions, and some portion control.

Gained weight on a cruise recently. I was 98K in 2018, got down to 83K in early 2023, drifted to 87K, stabilised for some time, hit 93K on return from the cruise, now back to 88K and easing down.
