Gluten Free

Postby another grub » Sun Nov 17, 2024 1:21 pm

My daughter is a coeliac.

I have started a diet and ( despite the cost ) would like to try and go gluten free with her.

Any advice?

The extra cost will hopefully be offset by me eating less and being healthier.
The cost is ridiculous for most GF stuff and its never or very rarely on special..

$5.50 for a box of BBQ shapes (reduced size box to normal).
.
BL are $1-00-2  thats not even $1-01

Many gluten free products have more calories than gluten containing products. Not what you want on a diet.
