Great work Boon, I got super lazy at the back end of winter so have been slowly changing my diet and activity, got a step counter on my phone now so helps me identify my "lazy" days and makes me do something every day, even is its just a 20 min walk at night. Was getting some heart palps but that has all disappeared since ive gone back to regular walks so I take that as a win.

Have just joined the new Revo down at Happy Valley, $50 for 3 months as the intro offer was too good to refuse, now going 2-3 times per week with the focus on weights and upper body stuff, leaving the bottom half to walking around the streets.

Kick off the year again

+2 kgs on my low for 2024 which isn't bad considering the big December I had

90 mins walking every day
Off both bad carbs ((ie) non-root vegetables are OK) and sugar
Dry January (already 2nd day in but who's counting)

Aim is -6kgs by 31st January to get me under the Don for the first time in 20 years
