94.6 Kg this morning.
I'd hit 94, but have gone back up a bit - I blame the YoYo biscuits I couldn't get in Victoria... ;)

127.3 Fairly tough going at the moment,a bit impatient with only small monthly losses of late.

Must be the season for it, reckon this is my heaviest and i aint proud, and to think i coach kids at footy and jog around a bit

thats about 5 kgs in a month, perhaps time to give watching the footy a miss with all this piss and Pies for the rest of the year

that's why we have our 3 month xmas challange locky. after the SA grand final we all get on a fitness kick to be right for xmas day :oops:

Lots of exercise this month, 73.6. This would have to be the lightest I've been in over a decade.

I haven't been registering it on here or anything, but I have gone from 117 to 84 since about November last year.

94.5. Had a good first three weeks and then went off the rails in the last week and got hammered a couple of times. A whole month without alcohol was just too hard, but we're saddling up again and now doing some swimming with the running.
