disastrous last four weeks, due to broken thumb and busy at work making any sort of running / swimming all too hard with taping up cast, showering afterwards etc. Out to 96. Very surly. Much to do now to get back to low 90s with cast now off.

I've actually just started a program at my local gym, and lost close to 2 kilo's in the first week, pretty much just through eating/drinking right.

Unfortunately losing weight isn't the goal Im trying to achieve, but it certainly opened my eyes to the value and benefit of eating right.

If you want any info on the meal situation Rog just let me know.

Happy to read anything you want to send through, but I know a shocking failing for chocolate is a major issue for me

97.2. September a disastrous month due to workload and virtually did no exercise, resulting in the increase, coupled with coming off broken thumb. Much to do in October but first run in seven weeks today, so back on the horse again.

Back up to 97 Kg.
Hopefully, as we come out of winter, I can reverse that trend again.

:oops: Im fatter than Magpie again .

I wont ever get it done but a mate of mine has had lap band surgery
He was 160kg
He is now 135 kg
He has shed a whopping 25 kgs in about 3 months
Eats slower, eats less, he is wrapped

Another friend of mine lost 10 kilos in 2 months
He was on Duromine
I was on something similar 20 years ago
Like being on a speed tablet
I had to take the tablet for breakfast coz I couldnt sleep at night
Wuz on it for a fortnight and lost 5 kilos
It is considered dangerous for some people to stay on tablets like this, so it was a short term thing
These speed like tabs can become addictive if over-used
I recall getting of the tabs, I just felt like sleeping for several days

As for me Im a continued failure when it comes to losing weight permanantly
As that famous singer once sang "" I just dont know what to do with myself."

Ive decided after Grand Final day Sunday Im gunna have a real crack at getting below 100kg b4 xmas

As another singer once harmonised "Enough is Enough I cant go on."

Have joined a gym done Aqua once a week. As of next week its Aqua 2 times a week

Down to 118.2kg :D :D

Since July 14, when I actually got serious Ive gone from 130.2 to 118.2 (12 kgs in 11 weeks) so I am 40% of the way to my target of dropping out of the "Centurian club"

Thats a great result Brod, congrats mate.

I've recently joined the "Horleys 12 Week Challenge" at my local Good Life gym and am thoroughly enjoying it ... For anyone either looking to lose weight, or transform your body I'd highly recommend looking into it.

My current weight is 83.7.

88kg but dropping bodyfat which is the goal over summer, rather than 'weight' loss. Increase muscle mass whilst dropping body fat.

Can I sign up for this? I desperately need to drop about 15 kg at least. My starting weight might not sound like much compared to some of yours, but considering I'm only 5 foot 3, my weight is definitely too much for my height.

Current Weight:- 77.7 kg.
Goal Weight:- 55 kg.
