lost 15 kilo's whilst in hospital.

if i ever need to lose weight, i will go back there.

Just signed up for some detox programme, going to need heaps of discipline to see it through but need to give it a try

hey locky, just in case you haven't thought of it, before you commit to a detox make sure you have done some research re the negatives as well as the positives, i've read/heard that you've got to be careful, especially with the radical ones, it's a bit like the colonic irrigation thing..... is it natural to flush ALL the bacterias both good and bad out in such a rapid fashion :?: There is definitely some mixed feelings within the health professions - whatever you decide good luck with it.

ive lost 6.2kg in 3 weeks, but im going to the gym and watching my food very closely, its pretty bloody hard but im already feeling so much better :D

Do you think running for less amount time or walking for longer would be better?

How about running for longer? ;) But high intensity (running) is going to burn fat quicker.

Thanks L/C, had done the research and all appeared ok until about 2 hours after the 1st tablet, was dancing on the celing and have been fairly crook since, detox programme thrown out into the bin
