For the people that use supplements bodybuilding.com is now allowed to ship some protein powders to australia. They are very cheap and with the shipping cost for instance I just ordered some BCAA and Protein which cost me here $120 I got it shipped for $65, pretty much 50% savings on aussie prices.

I can't drink it for the life of me same witj Optimum Gold Standard 100 it's the best selling protein which has me confussed as there is much better products on the market. If you ever get the chance to try Gaspari MyoFusion do it, it would have to be the best tasteing protein powder on the market.

Keep going mate it's not that hard to do. 150g of fish chicken or lean steak with a serving of green veggies 5 times a day and some oats and eggs for breakfest will help you cut that weight of quick smart. Brocolli is the best thing you can eat. Try to cut all sugar out keep your carbs down to 10% per 100g same with fat and you won't have a problem at all.
