Looks good Diss. Can easily run Rippetoe's Starting Strength with it and be able to move onto a program like ICF 5x5 later on.

Done. Then you can begin with Rippetoe's Starting Strength routine and go from there.

That was the setup I was working towards, though with a squat rack

Can anyone suggest where to get things from? What is good?

Power cage is your squat rack.

Where's the best place to buy a foam roller for hamstring and glute tightness?

One I got from Clark rubber is brutal....just as good as PVC. Very thin layer of the soft foam that can be depressed maybe 5-10mm.

I also got one off a mate that is an exercise physiologist that is a lot softer only use that one when I'm in tears from the first one

I ended up forking out for a rumble roller. And sometimes I use a baseball to pinpoint a spot.

Brutal.

I got one on Friday - couldn't get to Clark rubber, went to A-Mart and got the Grid 2.0 foam roller.. was little expensive, but none the less i'm pretty happy with it.

Used it every day, already felt results on my hamstrings and I used it on my lower back also.. fair to say i was almost in tears
