one of the things I love is GFresh seasoning usually find them in fruit and veg shops they change lean steak and chicken breast into some tasty meals also I like to fry my veg little bit of spray and put them all in together some garlic flakes I just find it gives a bit more flavour rather then boiled or steamed.
We're on this journey together, One Heart, One Club and they will Never Ever Tear Us Apart.

There in lies your problem. You are never going to lose weight if you keep changing to the latest fad. There is no quick fix to weight loss and it is not rocket science. Eat healthy food and portion sizes and exercise!! You don't need to scour health food stores and organic shops. It's all there in your local supermarket, it's called the fruit and veg section.

It seems to me that you are looking for a secret elixir that will magically make your weight disappear. That secret elixir is in your head. You have to be dedicated to really want to lose your weight. It's hard work, will power and willingness to change.

True - it is really simple - there is no magic weight loss food..
Calories in exceed calories spent in activity = weight gain.
Calories burned exceed calorie intake = weight loss.
Fill up on low calorie bulky foods like vegetables and just make sure your diet is balanced enough to provide essential vitamins.

My problem is my tendency to be a carnivore at heart, and to weaken in the evenings and overdo things like nuts and dark chocolate.
I'm now not keeping much of them in the house - if that doesn't work I'll stop having any at all.

Layne Norton debunks the "don't eat carbs at night" myth

While it is great to talk about mechanisms and nitpick every intricate detail about metabolism, at the end of the day, we have to examine whether or not any of this stuff makes any difference. Fortunately for us, a recent study published in the Journal of Obesity examined this very question (7). These researchers from Israel put people on a calorically restricted diet for 6 months and split them into two groups, a control group and an experimental group. Each group consumed the same amount of calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat but they distributed their carbohydrate intake very differently. One group (control) ate carbs throughout the day, whereas the experimental group consumed the majority of their carbohydrate intake (approximately 80% of the total) at the night. What they found after 6 months may shock you.

Not only did the experimental group consuming the majority of their carbs at night lose significantly more weight and bodyfat than the control group, they also were better satiety and less hunger!
